i. Receipt of grievances from public or various offices through different modes like DAK, e-mail, Jana Sunani Portal and CPGRAMS Portal etc.
ii. Conversion of all grievances except grievances received through Jana Sunani Portal and CPGRAMS Portal into Jana Sunani grievances.
iii. Sending all received grievances to the concerned action Taking Authority for disposal.
iv. Disposal of grievances after receipt of Action taken to report or sending them to concerned offices for disposal.
v. Monitoring of all pending grievances.
vi. Dealing with RTI matters.
