1. Preparation of Gradation list and Promotion of Group-C & D employees of Home Department
2. Distribution of Sections among Senior Officers from the rank of Under Secretary and above in Home Department.
3. Transfer and posting of ASO, SO, DO and Group-C & D employees of Home Department within different Sections of the Department
4. Establishment matters of all Officers and staff of Home Department (i.e. Pay Fixation, Regularisation of Service, GPF , Increment, leave Sanction, MACP)
5. Sanction of retirement dues to the retired employees of Home Department
6. Issue of NOC to the employees for appearing different competitive exams / Higher Studies and permission for Purchase of Vehicle / Land
7. Updation of Physical Service Book / E-Service Book in HRMS of Officers/ staff of Home(Main) Department
8. Submission of  Annual Establishment Review Report in respect of Home (Main) Department
