- Sanction of Provisional Pension through IFMS before the date of retirement.
- Proper scrutiny of Pension papers and Service Book of Retired/ Retiring/ Deceased Government employees.
- After sanctioning the pensionary benefits, the pensionary documents are sent to A.G. (A&E), Odisha, Bhubaneswar in physical mode as well as in IFMS, Odisha portal for authorisation.
- After release of all pensionary benefits from A.G. (A&E), Odisha, Bhubaneswar, the concerned Head of Office are being intimated to furnish the drawal particulars to the concerned Treasury.
- Compliance to all meetings of Pension related matters.
- RTI case of all pension related matters.
- Assembly matters.
- Grievance petition of pension related matters.
